Use of the App

Sizeling is a size conversion tool for personal use. You may use the app to convert clothing and footwear sizes for yourself or others. You may not use the app for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could harm Sizeling or its users.

Accuracy of Size Data

Size conversion tables in Sizeling are based on international standards (ISO/ASTM) and publicly available brand data. While we strive for accuracy, sizing can vary between manufacturers and collections. Sizeling provides size conversions as a guide only — always verify with the retailer when possible.

Advertisements

Sizeling is free and supported by ads via Google AdMob. By using the app, you agree to the display of advertisements. Rewarded ads are optional and used to unlock brand tip content on a per-session basis.

Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code in Sizeling is owned by Sizeling and protected by applicable copyright laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Sizeling is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that the size data will be perfectly accurate for every brand and retailer.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sizeling shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to incorrect size purchases.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
